Cladding Replacement - Cheltenham, Victoria
This cladding replacement project was very intricate and technical, especially when it came to removing and replacing panels via Rope Access only.
Without the assistance of scaffold or access machines (due to location), we were required to construct a safe means of lowering & hauling panels, while also ensuring safety remained at the forefront of everyone’s minds for the duration of works.
Safety of our technicians and also for any surrounding tenants and/or members of the public.

Cladding Replacement - Warun Ponds, Victoria
The removal and replacement of ACP on this project came with multiple challenges, but nothing that the Vert Industries’ team couldn’t handle.
Through the combined access of very large Knuckle-Booms as well as multiple Rope Access Technicians, the delivery of this project was successfully achieved.
For compliance and to ensure adequate fire-rating for future-proofing, the removal of ACP seen a replacement panel of 3mm Solid Aluminium being used, with a PVDF coating incorporated for longevity.
