Chris Burgess, General Manager

With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He started his career as an apprentice carpenter and progressed into the role of a Site Manager, Project Manager and business owner.

With Chris’s 13 years of experience with Tier 1 construction companies, he brings first-hand understanding managing and constructing complex projects and client and stakeholder requirements. He is a proven and energetic leader, skilled at managing large workforces across multiple work fronts in a collaborative and coordinated manner. Over his highly successful project history he has consistently ensured rigorous safety, site standards and control measures are implemented and maintained on projects.

From starting in the construction industry Chris has been a successful part of all facets of the delivery process and stakeholder management. He has been part of successful projects and management teams on some of Melbourne and London’s most iconic buildings/structures.

He has applied his experience and knowledge in assisting all aspects of leading construction business’s including planning, programming, budgets, cash-flow, letting, reporting, driving program and managing and mentoring staff.
